How to escape Winter Depression

This can be explained by the lack of sun, thanks to which serotonin is produced in the body. Because of this, you can feel distracted, irritability and fatigue increase and this is all called winter depression.

With the winter depression not only it is possible, but also it is necessary to struggle, that it has not passed in psychological.

  1. Try to spend as much time as possible in the light. At work, move to the window to be able to work in natural light.

  2. Pay attention to your clothes, shoes, bed linens and so on. In winter it is best to surround yourself with light colors and shades. So you can banish boredom and cheer yourself up.

  3. In winter, try to include more fruits and juices in your diet. Choose food from which you will have fun. So you will ensure the production of a hormone of happiness.   5. Try to get enough sleep and rest well. Do not need to add to your body a load that he already has enough in the winter.

  6. Meet with friends. No matter what the weather is on the street, try to invite friends as often as possible or go to visit them.

  7. A good way out of the winter depression can be going to the pool, to massage, to the spa. Of course, these are quite expensive procedures. However, for those who do not want to give money for such luxury, there is another option. You can arrange yourself a relaxing treatment right in your own bathroom. To do this, you just have to stock up on flavored salt or essential oils. For winter, oils with the scent of mint, juniper and all citrus fruits are most suitable.

  8. Love can also come to the rescue. If you are in a relationship, then look at the man with different eyes and start falling in love with him again. If you are still free, then begin an active search for the second half. Depression will disappear without a trace.
